Dr. Edward Vaughan
Dr. Edward Vaughan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis. He completed his General Dentistry residency in the US Navy. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Academy of General Practice Orthodontics, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Christian Dental Society. He is also on the Dental Staff at Jackson Madison County General Hospital, where he provides outpatient dental services for adults and children.
Dr. Owen Jones
Owen (Chip) Jones grew up in Jackson, TN and realized he wanted to be a dentist while he was in college. After graduating with a degree in Biology from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN he enrolled in the College of Dentistry at the University of Tennessee. In 1982, Chip Jones was awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Shortly after graduation, Dr. Jones went into private practice in Jackson, TN under his same name.
Dr. Jones has put in countless hours of volunteer work with the Developmental Disability Dental Clinic where he was the President for 14 years.
In his spare time, Dr. Jones enjoys reading and exercise with his family and Jack Russell Terrier.
Dr. Jennifer Simmons
Jennifer Simmons grew up in Memphis, Tennessee and realized that she wanted to be a dentist while in college. She attended the University of Memphis and received her undergrad degree in Biology. After graduation, she transferred to the University of Tennessee where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in May 2011. When asked about her experience in dental school, Dr. Simmons said that she is so thankful for the experience and the opportunities it has given her, even though it took a lot of motivation, blood, sweat and tears.
Since graduation, Dr. Simmons has been working as a General Dentist in Collierville. She also has received her specialty training in Invisalign.
Dr. Simmons is an active volunteer for the Memphis Humane Society and is a foster parent for shelter dogs and cats. In her free time, Dr. Simmons enjoys bike riding, horse back riding, playing basketball with her son, James and taking their dog Buddy to the dog park.
